Check-In Desk

Welcome players and assist with registration at the check-in desk. Volunteers will ensure a smooth and organized check-in process, distribute materials, and answer any initial questions guests may have. Your friendly attitude will set the tone for a great event!

Prize Transportation

Help transport prizes to the event! Volunteers will load prizes at the designated pickup location and deliver them safely to the venue. A vehicle with adequate space is required, and teamwork will ensure everything arrives on time.

Beverage Handlers

Assist with beverage service throughout the evening. Responsibilities include opening wine, tapping kegs, and replenishing drink stations as needed. Volunteers will help ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience.

Raffles & 50/50 Ticket Sales

Engage with players and guests by selling raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets. Volunteers will help promote these exciting opportunities to win prizes while supporting a great cause. A positive and outgoing attitude is a plus!

Servers & Runners

Support the event by ensuring smooth operations during the trivia rounds and meal service. Volunteers will assist the catering team in serving food to guests and handle tasks like collecting answer sheets, bonus money, and resupplying tables with pens and paper for each round.
